Dinner With the Stars

Come sit down to dinner and mingle with all of this year's stars. Hear their stories and find out what old Hollywood was like. Dinner will be a delicious down home western meal. There will also be a Little Hollywood Plaque Presentation as well as this year's Western Legend Honorees. Guaranteed to be a night you will never forget.

Bus Tour

Red Pueblo Museum and Pipe Springs Tour – Come see an extensive collection of Indian Artifacts all received by donation. Local, Dixon Spendlove, will entertain and educate with his vast knowledge of the culture and artifacts of the area’s native people. Next you will visit Pipe Springs National Monument. Beneath vermilion cliffs, American Indians, Mormon ranchers, plants, animals, and many others have depended on the life-giving water found at the desert oasis at Pipe Spring. Learn about settler and Kaibab Paiute life by exploring the museum, historic fort and cabins, garden, and Ridge Trail. Visit with rangers and ranch animals, and attend living history demonstrations and talks.

Movie History Tour

Come hear the history of "Little Hollywood" as told by John Jacobs. This tour will take you on a ride in and around Kanab, exploring movie history and old movie sets. Starting at the Parry's Lodge, the tour will continue through Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, back through Kanab and finally out to the gunsmoke set in Johnson Canyon.

Breakfast with the Stars

Come sit down to breakfast and mingle with all of this year's stars. Hear their stories and find out what old Hollywood was like. Breakfast will be a classic down home western meal. Guaranteed to be a meal you will never forget.

Family Fun

Bring the kids and learn how to make an old fashioned toy, churn your own butter and pull taffy. There will be toys for girls and boys to make. Bread and butter to eat and of course the taffy you get to keep.

Mark Staggs 'Festus Lives On'

You're in for a real treat, pardner. Nobody does celebrity impersonations like Mark Staggs!

Now doesn't everyone just love Gunsmoke's favorite lovable character, Festus?  Live here at Western Heritage and Music Festival, on stage. You may also see a tinge of Forrest Gump, Clint Eastwood, John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart and all kinds of celebrities wrapped up in one talent. All this in the historic Parry Lodge Old Barn Playhouse. Seating is very limited so buy yer tickets now while you're thinking about it.

Remembering Roy and Dale

Cheryl Rogers Burnett will be available for a Q&A after the showing of "Sunset in El Dorado".

Geronimo: Life on the Reservation

Experience the story of Geronimo, the Native American leader and warrior, as performed by Rudy Ramos.

Apache leader Geronimo spent 23 years as a prisoner of war on multiple government reservations. This single performer show portrays the final years of Geronimo's story, show him rejecting the injustice of being held as a war prisoner in his own land.

Country Battle USA

Country Battle USA is a two-day battle of country and western bands being played at the Redstone Theater. There will be 6 bands and $15,000 in prize money-winner takes all. The winner will perform during a street dance finale on Saturday night.

Roo Arcus

Roo Arcus is an Australian country music sensation! Roo is a traditional country artist not just with the songs his life has inspired, but with the country lifestyle that he leads.

Come enjoy a full concert at the Redstone Theatre.

Full Rodeo with Rough Stock

Rough Stock, Mutton Busting, Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, PeeWee Steers, Jr. Bulls, Team Roping and more.
There hasn't been a rodeo this big in Kanab for at least 21 years!!

Roo Arcus will be on site to sing the National Anthem as well as his song, Red, White and Blue. Full concessions including nachos, hot dogs and a pulled pork dinner will be available at the rodeo grounds
This is sure to be a fun filled evening.

Melodramas

Gunstroke is a melodrama written by local, Doug Keller. It is a small spoof modeled after the tv series Gunsmoke. Sure to be a fun filled evening full of jeers and cheers. Two of the original actors are returnging to town to fill their old acting shoes, as well as other locals who are sure to put on a good show. The play will be located at the Old Barn Theatre behind the famous Parry's Lodge, 89 E. Center Street.

VIP Melodramas

VIP tickets will include a train ride, homemade rootbeer and pretzels for the movie. Guests will need to be at the corner of Main St. and Center St. (there will be a sign).

Wagon Ride Tour

Meet at the gate, at the south end of South Powell Drive. You will load up on a hay wagon and enjoy the spectacular views of this private danyon. You may see our herd of Texas Long Horns and thier adorable babies and then a tour of the Kanab Movie Fort.

We will load up in our big green military trucks and  drive out to the fort. You will love the spectacular views in the private canyon and see our herd of Texas Longhorns and their adorable babies. You will tour the fort, yard games, a big s'mores bar and an explosion of stars.
